The providers at Shoreline Orthopaedics participate with many different insurance plans.  Patients can check with their insurance company to verify coverage, etc. (Customer service numbers are most often found on the back of your insurance card.) If your insurance requires you to have a referral for a specialist, please arrange for this before you make the appointment.  Patient co-pays must be paid at the time of service.
