Spine and Orthopaedic Surgery

Dr. Jacobson specializes in surgery of the spine and orthopaedic surgery, as well as general orthopaedic trauma. Prior to joining Shoreline Orthopaedics in August 2014, he completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at The Ohio State University, followed by a fellowship in spine surgery at the Harvard Medical School affiliated Massachusetts General Hospital and Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. Jacobson's extensive fellowship training focused on operative and nonoperative management of both common and complex disorders of the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine, including spinal stenosis, disc herniation, spinal deformity, tumors, and trauma.

Dr. Jacobson is equipped with both traditional open and advanced minimally invasive surgical techniques when surgical treatment is needed.
