Taylor Blank, D.N.P., F.N.P.-B.C.

Taylor is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who provides patient-centered care with a focus on spine surgery and complex neurosurgical conditions. She is dedicated to helping patients navigate their care with clarity and confidence, from initial evaluation through recovery.

Taylor began her career as a registered nurse, where she developed expertise in perioperative care, patient advocacy, and interdisciplinary collaboration. She also served in a leadership role as a service line supervisor, overseeing surgical operations and supporting clinical teams to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality care.

Taylor earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing and psychology from Grand Valley State University. She then went on to complete her Doctor of Nursing Practice and Family Nurse Practitioner degree at Michigan State University. Taylor is board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and is committed to ongoing learning and evidence-based practice.
