The following information is provided to help you understand what you can expect from us regarding policies and procedures, and also what is expected of you before and after treatment or procedures.
The goal of treating workers' compensation patients is to provide the highest quality of care to the patient and return them to the work force in a safe and timely manner. Shoreline Orthopaedics understands how important it is to each employer, nurse casemanager, and/or claims adjuster to receive communication following a patient's visit to our office. We will provide the patient with a Work Status Report at the end of each visit, and will also fax a copy to the employer or claims adjuster. Our staff is dedicated to providing specialized service to meet the needs of both the patient and the employer effectively and efficiently.
